LHS Boys Varsity/JV  Golf Spring 2021

Announcement and Information Sheet

There is a LHS Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity Golf Student/Parent Zoom Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 16^th at 6:30 p.m.

The first day of practice will be on Monday, March 22 from 3:30-5:30 at Cedar Creek Golf Course (14000 Renton Road. Players must make their own arrangements to/from practice). Practice will continue the first week at these times for all players.  To participate on the first day, players must be registered in Final Forms for BOYS GOLF. The link is: https://lakeviewspartans-mi.finalforms.com/ This includes having all parent forms signed, student forms signed, and physical form part signed.  Players and parents must also download, print, and complete page 1 of the 2020-2021 MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire.  The link is here: https://www.mhsaa.com/portals/0/Documents/health%20safety/healthquestionnaire.pdf  (There should be additional copies in the Athletic Office).

In the form you will see it says a yes answer to any of the questions will require the athlete to get a new physical this year. Students should drop the completed form off to the athletic office.

The athletic fee is $80 for students who have not played any other sports this year.  If you have played one sport this year then it is $75. It needs to be paid through the athletic office before the first match. 

Players must also be academically eligible to participate.

Our match schedule is on lakeviewspartans.net.  Please be aware that our schedule changes based on matches added/canceled.
