It was a whole team effort today that helped the Lady Spartans earn a birth to the MHSAA Div. II State Finals. The team finished with a score of 363 today. That score tied Zeeland who also shot a 363. The tie breaker in this situation is the 5th golfer. Lakeview's 5th score was 3 strokes better than Zeeland clinching the State Finals bid. Haley Lesiow led the Spartans today with an 83. This also earned her All-Regional Honors with a 2nd place finish overall. Maddie Yorked posted an 89 and Meredith Carpenter shot 95. McKenna Evans rounded out the scoring with a 96 and Lauren Helner's 111 was used for the tie breaker criteria. Congrats Girls !!! and good luch at the State Finals next Friday and Saturday held at Bedford Valley Golf Course.
