Girls Varsity Golf SMAC #1 @ Stonehedge North

On a hot and muggy day, the Lakeview Girls Varsity Golf team narrowly finished second, by two strokes, at the SMAC #1 Tournament held at Stonehedge North Golf Course. The Spartans are improving with each event and showing that they are a contender for the SMAC title. Scoring for the Spartans were: Amiyah Gibson 80, Annabelle Minneman 82, Alexa Thurman 83, Grace Cherney 107, Kayla Franklin 109 and Ella Seiler 110. The team returns to action on September 7th, when they host the SMAC East event at Cedar Creek Golf Course.
The team is working as a solid unit and their efforts continue to show. Keep up the awesome work!!!
