Girls Varsity Golf Regionals

The Girls Varsity Golf team competed in their Regionals on Tuesday, October 5, at Island Hills GC. The team had their lowest score of the season and in doing so, qualified for next week's State Finals to be held at Bedford Valley GC. The team remained strong throughout a very competitive round and finished in 2nd place! Two golfers made Top-Ten for the Region: Amiyah Gibson and Annabelle Minneman. Scoring for the Spartans were: Amiyah Gibson 82, Annabelle Minneman 82, Alexa Thurman 85, Kayla Franklin 98 and Sydney Ross 105. The team will play at the State Finals on Friday, October 15 and Saturday, October 16.
