Lakeview Boys’ Varsity Tennis takes 1^st place at Jenison Invitational Tennis Tournament on 8/17/2019

The Lakeview Boys’ Varsity Tennis played at the Jenison Invitational Tennis Tournament on Saturday, August 17th.  The team finished in 1^st place out of the 4 team tournament.  The Spartans won all three dual matches against each team 8-0.   

The team results were:

1^st Place – Battle Creek Lakeview – 24 points

2^nd Place – Caledonia – 9 points

3^rd Place – Jenison – 8 points

4^th Place – Holt – 7 points

Lakeview were medalists at each flight.  The players winning were #1 singles player Cole Henkel, #2 singles player Cole Einhardt, #3 singles player Jacob Van Dis, #4 singles player Kooper Etheridge, #1 doubles team James Hager-Vikram Strander, #2 doubles team Connor Miller-Xander Renker, # 3 doubles team Freddy Melges-Soham Desai and #4 doubles team Dominik Kerschbaum-Ethan Magers.

The Spartans open their 2019 season with a 3-0 record.   Congratulations to the Spartan tennis players.
