The Girls golf season got underway on Wed. Aug 15th at the Gull Lake Invitational held at Bedford Valley Golf Course. Sr. Maddie Yorke put together a solid round for her first event of the year by posting an 87, which was good for a T-7th overall. Sr. McKenna Evans posted a solid 93 for a 14th place finish. "I thought both girls struck the ball well today. Its early in the season and our short game will get better." The girls are in action on Friday Aug. 17th at the Lakeview Invitational.
