Lakeview Boys’ Varsity Tennis takes 1^st place at Sturgis Varsity Boys Tennis Quad on 8/25/2018

The Lakeview Boys’ Varsity Tennis played at the Sturgis Varsity Boys Tennis Quad on Saturday, August 25th.  The team won all three matches against their opponents.

First, the Spartans defeated Vicksburg 8-0.  Next, they defeated a tough Sturgis team by 6 to 2.  They then concluded the day by defeating Coldwater 8-0.  

Lakeview had 4 singles players and 2 doubles teams that won all their matches.  #1 singles player Jai Banerji, #2 singles player Cole Henkel, #3 singles player Cole Einhardt, #4 singles player Vikram Strander, #1 doubles team James Hager-Jacob Van Dis, and #2 doubles team Kooper Etheridge-Adam Schrader won all their matches for the day.

The Spartans also got two victories from the #3 doubles team of John Avery-Connor Miller and #4 doubles team Brenden Barnes-Soham Desai.

Lakeview continues to excel this year and move their dual match record to 9-0-1 for the season.   Congratulations to the Spartan tennis players.
