Spartans Wrestler Finish 2nd at SMAC Conference
A team effort helped the Spartan Wrestlers finish in 2nd place at the SMAC Conference Championship. The Spartans placed 11 of their 14 wrestlers in the top 4. Sr. Armando Callejas (112) and So. Evan Sheeders (119) win individual conference championship to lead the Spartans to a Runner-up Finish at the SMAC Conference Championship. Jr. Josef Quispe (140) made it to the finals but lost his championship match to finish in 2nd Place. Jr. Gave Livingston (103), So. Bryce Sheeders (125) and Sr. Jordan Loss (215) finished the 4-1 on the day to finish in 3rd place. Jr. Jacob White (135), Sr. Josh Wright (145), Jr. Nick Saumier (160), Jr. Andrew Miller (189), and Jr. Josh Whitney (275) earned All-Conference honors by placing 4th on the day.
