2017 Lakeview Girls Tryout and Practice Schedule
*Please note that all communication regarding tryouts, practices, game updates, cancellations, and change of venues will posted on LHS Girls Soccer Fan Page. Please follow the attached directions to sign up today!!*
Tryouts will be at the Lakeview Soccer Complex, the LHS Auxiliary Gym, the LHS Main Gym, or Full Blast. This all depends on weather. If there is snow, or just very cold practice during the first two days (tryouts), Varsity will be at Full Blast from 3:30-5:30 (note optional times below) and JV will be in the LHS gyms from 7-9pm. Please check the fan page for updates. If we are able to practice outside we will practice from 3:30-5:30 most days. The dates below are for both Varsity and Junior Varsity.
For players who make a team, there will be a mandatory parent meeting On Tuesday, March 21 at 5:45pm in the Black Box for any parents who have student-athletes new to LHS High School Sports followed by a mandatory Meet the Team meeting for ALL parents on Tuesday, March 21 at 6 pm in the LHS Main Gym.

Tryouts and Practices begin at 3:30 sharp. Be dressed, on the field, and ready to begin at 3:30.

Each player must have a physical on file with the high school office to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Lakeview Spartans finished out the season with a 10-11 record, and a 4th place finish in the SMAC East Division. Ava Cook, Jessalyn Genier, and Hunter Garland were chosen for the All District Team and Emma Morey, Madee Long, and Ana Singh received Honorable Mentions. The Spartans were also honored with the MIchigan High School Soccer Coaches Association All Academic Team Award with 11 players receiving Individual Academic Awards: Jess Genier, Melissa Joslyn, MIrissa Becerra, Ava Cook, MIchelle Joslyn, Madee Long, Liz Torres Martinez, Ana Singh, Morgan Palmer, Marina Puhalj, and Marlena Puhalj.

There will be a mandatory Meet the Team meeting on Tuesday, March 21 at 6:00pm in the LHS Main Gym, preceded by a mandatory parent meeting at 5:45pm in the Black Box for any patents who have student-athletes new to LHS sports.

There will be a mandatory Meet the Team meeting on Tuesday, March 21 at 6:00 pm in the LHS Main Gym, preceded by a mandatory parent meeting at 5:45 pm in the Black Box for any parents who have student-athletes new to LHS sports.
We will have team pictures taken just before the meeting.
Please bring $15 for socks as soon as you can.

Tryouts for the JV team will take place on Monday, March 13 and Tuesday, March 14 in the middle school gym from 3:30-5:30. Please bring a ball, water, flats, and a winning attitude. See you there.
