Girls’ Varsity Tennis

All City Tournament 2018

The Lakeview Girls’ Varsity Tennis Team won the All-City Tennis Tournament on May 5^th.  Lakeview won 5 out of the 8 flights and took 2^nd place in the other 3 flights.   

The Spartans finished 1^st with 37 points.  St. Philip and Harper Creek need to finish a few matches to determine the final scoring for 2^nd place and 3^rd place.  Pennfield finished 4^th with 20 points and Battle Creek Central ended up 5^th with 4 points. 

Champions for the singles flights were #1 Haley Lesiow, #2 Breh Ruger,  #3 Kyla Marquez and #4 Co Nguyen.  The #3 doubles team of Brigitte Colquhoun/Kelsey Marquez were champions at their flight.  The three doubles teams for Lakeview that were runner-ups  were #1 Lauren Helner/Stella Huang, #2 Sharon Huang/Sophia Pwe, and #4 Madelyn Cawnhlun/Ngun Sung.
